This thoroughly unique skin-contact white wine is a blend of Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay - all from Western Australian vineyards, all fermented naturally. Notes of apple, pear and preserved lemon abound. What really adds interest is its slight nutty, oxidative edge - thanks to a touch of flor character.
