Mettle:
a person’s ability to cope well with difficulties; spirit and resilience.

Mettle - it’s the word we use in attempting to capture the essence of the women in our employment program. Each of them the sole carer of precious children, who they live to protect and nurture. Despite the seemingly unconquerable barriers these women face, they keep rising. All to build a safe and supported future for their children.

 

As we approach Mother’s Day we want to celebrate the women that we have the honour of working with every day and share letters of gratitude to our own Mum’s of Mettle.
