We want to see a nation in which every work place is equipped with the resources required to best support their staff or team members in crisis. The work place can often be the only connection point that victims of domestic & family violence have outside of their home so it is integral that they know that work is a place where they can disclose safely and be supported appropriately.
This FREE resource was designed in collaboration with participants of our employment and training programs, victim-survivors of domestic & family violence.

As our participants approach completion of the Mettle Gifts Employment Program, they commence the search for a stable employer in the field of their choice. They design what their employment future looks like so we work with employer partners from many industries, from hospitality, to warehousing, through to nursing.
If you have any vacancies in your business and would like to learn about our upcoming graduates and how they might fit in your work force, we’d love to hear from you.
We also offer paid volunteering days to the women taking part in our program. If you’d like to host a Mettle participant to assist in building their skills, experience and confidence, we’d be delighted to facilitate this placement.
