Domestic violence takes all forms

When I met our first #mettlewomen blog contributor, I was instantly blown away by her composure and kindness. Coming forward as a survivor is no small feat. To then go one step further and share a lived experience in an effort to reach others who may identify and benefit, is nothing short of exemplary magnanimity. This incredible woman reinforced the necessity of capturing the different faces of domestic and family violence. We want to ensure that our narrative encompasses diversity and demonstrates that all experiences are valid.
