FREE - Mettle Safe Work Places Download

A$0.00

FREE DOWNLOAD – FOR EVERYONE!

Keep your work place safe with this clear, accessible resource that will guide you through a check list of what you might do should an employee or team member disclose that they are experiencing any form of abuse outside of the work place.

We want to see a nation in which every work place is equipped with the resources required to best support their staff or team members in crisis. The work place can often be the only connection point that victims of domestic & family violence have outside of their home so it is integral that they know that work is a place where they can disclose safely and be supported appropriately.

This FREE resource is a small part of our the Mettle Safe Work Places program that we have been delivering since 2020. It was designed in collaboration with participants of our employment and training programs, victim-survivors of domestic & family violence.

- If you don’t currently feel comfortable approaching someone in your work place to implement these steps and prefer being discreet, we suggest printing this out at work and dropping it on the desk of reception, HR, your manager or a peer. Or you can share with your employer via instagram post / DM if it is safe enough to do so.

We kindly ask that if you’re sharing this resource that you do so via this link (rather than forwarding on the PDF) so that we can update all in possession of this resource as we update our programs and resources each year.

Thank you for making the world a safer place.
